Sasol are recruiting and invite South African youth to apply for the Millwright Apprenticeship Programme 2023.
Sasol are looking for enthusiastic, determined and technically-minded young employees to participate in their Learner Electro Mechanic programme.
The programme is carried out in Secunda. We will train, develop and assist you in becoming a qualified Electro Mechanic.

Purpose of the job: As an apprentice you will train and develop to become a qualified Millwright, according to the requirements of the relevant SETA (Mining Qualifications Authority – MQA) and National Artisan Moderation Board (NAMB).
Apply if you have:
A completed National Senior Certificate with a pass in:
- Technical Mathematics/Mathematics
- English/ Business English
- Technical/ Physical Science
OR
- A N3 Certificate, equivalent to Grade 12 which includes:
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Business English / Communication
- Electrical equipment
- Mechanical equipment
- Maintenance of underground production equipment
- Safety prerequisites for equipment
- Good housekeeping
- Person attributes
Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Proactive
- Self-starter
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
