Job Description:

Job Purpose:

• Welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow, assisting clients at ATMs, and completing transactions on self-service channels.
• About Capitec Bank: South African retail bank focused on customer-centric service and simplifying banking for clients.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • No experience required, but Grade 12 National Certificate is necessary.
  • Ideally, 1 year of client service experience in a retail/financial/banking environment.
• Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
• Knowledge:
  • Basic calculations, engaging with people, understanding aspirations.
  • Ideally, knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank’s products and processes.
• Skills:
  • Communication, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), interpersonal skills, problem-solving, attention to detail.

Conditions of Employment:

• Clear criminal and credit record required.
• Fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic system.
