Job Purpose:
The Work Integrated Learning Programme aims to provide operational/technical and shared services functions within the respective business area. It involves performing duties aligned with the specific role and gaining experience through a learning program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing professional operational/technical/shared services functions to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintaining quality workmanship, timely execution of tasks, and safe work practices.
- Emphasizing teamwork, good working behaviors, and superior customer service.
- Adhering to company procedures, including Health and Safety standards.
- Assisting with operational/execution support activities and tasks as per business area requirements.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:
Qualifications:
- Matriculation certificate (Grade 12)
- TVET/FET qualification in a relevant discipline
- Knowledge of general hygiene practices
- Eagerness for continuous learning and growth
- Focus on service excellence and customer relations
Skills:
- Communication, problem-solving, reporting, and presentation skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Ability to be mobile and travel independently within a geographical area
- Willingness to work shifts (where applicable)
Knowledge:
- Computer literacy
- Excellent telephonic and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
