The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for Internship Programme 2024.
Internship Location: Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal
Internship Closing Date: 01 March 2024
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is opening its doors to aspiring interns eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of social security administration. This internship programme is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of SASSA’s operations, allowing them to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s mission of providing social security services to eligible South African citizens.
The following posts are available:
1. Grant Administration X 5 posts
Qualification: Degree / B-Tech National Diploma (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Public Management/ Public Administration/ Social Sciences (Ref No: SAS 01/2024)
2. Information and Communication Technology X 2 posts
Qualification: Degree / B-Tech National Diploma (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Information Technology (Ref No: SAS 02/2024)
3. Finance X 2 posts
Qualification: Degree / B-Tech National Diploma (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Financial Accounting (Ref No: SAS 03/2024)
4. Communications and Marketing X1 post
Qualification: Degree / B-Tech National Diploma (NQF Level 6 or7) in Public Relations / Communication / Media Studies (Ref No: SAS 04/2024)
All applicants must be between the ages of18-35 years old at the time of application.
Successful candidates will be appointed for twelve months and will receive a stipend of R5,000 per month excluding benefits.
