What is the 2024 Tablet Free Data & Internet Learnership?

The 2024 Tablet Free Data & Internet Learnership is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at providing individuals with essential digital tools and resources. The program offers participants a free tablet, along with complimentary data and internet access, to help them gain skills, enhance their education, and increase their employability.

This initiative is particularly focused on underprivileged communities and those who may not have had previous access to such resources.

Objectives of the Learnership

All of the learnership programmes are managed by Sector Education Training Authorities (SETAs), which were introduced by the government to help prepare learners for the workplace. The BEE Chamber is not a Learnership Training Provider and as such, does not guarantee a Learnership. The BEE Chamber does however have working relationships with a number of these training providers who have been selected to be on our preferred provider panel.
