Eligibility Requirement for YES Internships 2024/2025
- Age Requirement: Must be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) is preferred.
- Contract Availability: Must be available and willing to commit to a fixed-term 12-month contract.
- Employment History: Should not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than one year.
- Full-Time Study: Must not be enrolled as a full-time student during the employment period (April 2024 – March 2025).
- Previous Participation: Should not have previously participated in or been registered with the YES program.
- Accommodation and Transportation: Applicants are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation if required.
- Employment Equity Preference: Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in accordance with the Employment Equity Act.
