Unisa invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Internship Programme 2025.

WHO CAN APPLY?
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Unemployed South African citizens who have completed a UNISA qualification equivalent to NQF Level 6 or higher.
- No formal work experience in the field of application.
- Not older than 35 years.
- UNISA Graduates Only – applicants must have completed their studies at UNISA.
- Previous employees of UNISA or any other organization are not eligible to apply.

We have multiple internship opportunities across different departments. Below are the details for the available positions:
Human Resources: Remuneration and Administration

- Minimum Qualification Required: Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting

KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and internet tools.
- Strong interpersonal relations, communication skills, and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to take initiative, work within a team, and work under constant supervision.
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A sense of responsibility, commitment, and punctuality.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
Internship Duration: 12 Months
Start Date: 01 April 2025
Stipend: R120,925.00 per annum
