About the FNB Private Banking and Advisory Graduate Academy

FNB’s Private Banking and Advisory Graduate Academy is designed for graduates in finance and investment-related disciplines who are interested in developing careers as Private Advisors.

The contract-based graduate programme provides practical training and workplace exposure in areas such as:

• Wealth management.
• Financial planning.
• Investment strategy.
• Private banking.
• Client advisory services.
• Working with high-net-worth clients.

The programme will operate from FNB’s three main regional hubs in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and Cape Town, and successful candidates will be required to be based in one of these regions.

Qualifications Required

Applicants must have completed a FAIS-accredited NQF Level 7 undergraduate qualification or NQF Level 8 postgraduate qualification in BCom fields such as:

• Investments.
• Financial Planning.
• Estate Planning.
• Financial Management.
• Accounting.
• Economics.

Applicants should ensure that their qualification meets the stated FAIS accreditation and NQF-level requirements.
