Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks. Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified time frame. Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where required. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Reporting
- Compile developmental progress reports for progress discussion with the relevant stakeholder.
- Report all inconsistencies and obstacles.
- Report and communicate ideas and recommendations.
