Requirements:

Education: Matric certificate (compulsory). A sales qualification will be advantageous.

Experience:

• 1-2 years working directly with customers (essential)
• Experience in an FMCG environment and Call Centre/Telesales (desirable)
• Exposure to Microsoft Excel and knowledge of call centre SOPs (desirable)

Skills:

• Strong written communication, numerical ability, problem-solving, proactive thinking, and organizational understanding.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries efficiently, and providing exceptional service.
2. Additional responsibilities include processing orders, updating customer information, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
