Minimum Entry Requirements:

•     Have a completed Degree or NQF Level 7 qualification in Business, Commerce, or related fields
•     Be currently unemployed
•     Not be registered for any other learnership or study programme
•     Be proficient in English
•     Be computer literate
•     Have clear credit and criminal records
•     Provide a detailed CV, certified copies of academic qualifications, ID, and proof of address
•     Pass online occupational assessments and background checks

Additional Requirements:

•     Must be available for the entire 12-month programme
•     Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
•     Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships
