Programme Overview

Application & Selection
Open to Ndwedwe residents aged 18–30, applicants submit a CV and letter explaining their passion for community service. A rigorous selection process assesses physical fitness, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Training Curriculum
- Fire Science & Safety: Anatomy of fire, fire behavior, and standardized personal protection protocols.
- Use of Equipment: From hoses and nozzles to backpack pumps and extinguishers.
