• Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Have Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4
• Be unemployed and not studying
• Be physically fit and healthy
• Have no criminal record
• Be willing to work hard and learn
• Be willing to undergo physical assessment
• Have a valid driver’s licence
  • Code B licence required for Traffic Officer applicants
• Have a pass in English (40%)
• Have a pass in Mathematics Literacy (40%)
• Be willing to attend training away from home
