- National Certificate: Food and Beverage Services (NQF Level 4) – CATHSSETA
This programme equips learners with the skills to work in restaurants, hotels, and other food service establishments. It covers food preparation, customer service, hygiene, and beverage handling, preparing candidates for careers in hospitality.
- National Certificate: Fast Food Services (NQF Level 3) – CATHSSETA
Ideal for those looking to enter the fast-paced world of quick-service restaurants, this programme focuses on service delivery, food safety, and basic management principles in the fast-food industry.
- National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations (NQF Level 3) – W&RSETA
