General Worker (Plastering, Building & Painting)

Introduction

We are looking for experienced and reliable workers to join our maintenance team on a 3-month project contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plastering: Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces; ensure smooth finishes and repair cracks or damages.
  • Building: Perform bricklaying, block work, and basic masonry; assist in foundations, walls, and structural work.
  • Painting: Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, priming) and apply paint, varnish, or protective coatings to a high standard.
  • Site Preparation: Assist with setting up scaffolding, mixing cement, and preparing materials and tools.
  • Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out patching, touch-ups, and general construction-related repairs where required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Proven experience in plastering, building, and painting.
  • Ability to read and follow basic instructions, site plans, and supervisor guidance.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
