Requirements:
Education: Matric certificate (compulsory). A sales qualification will be advantageous.
Experience:
- 1-2 years working directly with customers (essential)
- Experience in an FMCG environment and Call Centre/Telesales (desirable)
- Exposure to Microsoft Excel and knowledge of call centre SOPs (desirable)
Skills:
- Strong written communication, numerical ability, problem-solving, proactive thinking, and organizational understanding.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries efficiently, and providing exceptional service.
- Additional responsibilities include processing orders, updating customer information, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
