   • Men: 2.4 km run within 11 minutes, obstacle course in ≤ 3 minutes.
   • Women: 2.4 km in 14.29 minutes, obstacle course in ≤ 4 minutes.
4. Valid driver’s licence: Code B (manual) is essential.
5. Clean record & good health: No criminal record, plus a medical certificate affirming physical fitness.
6. Language proficiency: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Personal attributes: Applicants should be dynamic, disciplined, community-oriented, and ready to swear the Oath of Office.
