Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

Be a current university student in their penultimate year of study
Show leadership through formal/informal roles (e.g., student orgs, sports, thesis)
Demonstrate strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
Be passionate, curious, and driven to grow and learn
Be flexible and capable of collaborating across cultures and levels
