About the Learnership
Are you ready to turn your passion for fashion and retail into a career? PnP Clothing is offering a 12-month paid learnership designed to equip young South Africans with hands-on retail experience and accredited training in visual merchandising and retail operations.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18–35
- Have Grade 12 (Matric) with communication and maths literacy at NQF Level 2
- Be currently unemployed and not studying
- Be eager to gain experience and committed to completing the full 12-month programme
- Be available for classroom learning and practical in-store training
- Have successfully completed a pre-assessment process (if required)

- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take accountability
- Basic communication, teamwork, and numeracy skills
