Sasol Tanker Driver Learnership 2025
Sasol is offering a 12-month learnership programme in Alberton, Alrode, specifically for female candidates who want to pursue a career as Fuel Distribution Officers (Tanker Drivers).
This structured programme combines:
- Theoretical Training: Learners will complete a qualification aligned with NQF Level 3 standards.

Purpose of Job
The objective of the programme is for female candidates with code 10 driver’s License to develop essential professional driving skills on a heavy goods vehicle (code 14).
During the practical component Learners will be provided with support to attain a Professional Driving Permit, Dangerous Good certification and code 14 driver’s License.
The programme comprises of two components.
The first component is a theoretical element aligned to an NQF level 3 Learnership.
The second component includes practical on-site work experience to improve the skills and workplace performance of entry-level learners.

- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Valid Code 10 Driver’s License
- If you hold Code 14 Driver’s License it would be (advantageous)
- No prior work experience required
- Willing to take responsibility for personal growth and self-development
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
