What is Preply?

Preply is an online language platform that connects learners with tutors around the world. They offer 1-on-1 sessions to their students. Along with personalized plans, and corporate language training.

Preply teaches over 800 00 students from 180 countries. It’s also free to use for tutors while students have to pay a subscription fee.

How much does Preply pay?

Tutors on Preply set their rates. Most tutors charge $15 to $25 (R283,08 – R471,80)*per hour. As such, earnings may differ from one tutor to another. Long-time tutors earn around $500 (R9435,98)* per week.
