Transnet Work Integrated Learnership Programme 2025

Transnet, one of South Africa’s largest state-owned companies, continues to invest in youth development and employment creation through its Non-Technical Work Integrated Learnership Programme. This initiative is designed to equip unemployed South African youth with practical workplace exposure and skills that will enhance their chances of securing long-term employment in both public and private sectors.

About the Programme

The Non-Technical Work Integrated Learnership Programme focuses on providing opportunities in administrative and support functions rather than technical or engineering fields. The programme combines theoretical learning with on-the-job practical experience, allowing learners to gain industry-relevant skills while working in a professional environment.
