TymeBank In-Store Brand Ambassadors (also referred to as Digital Banking Enrollment Officers) work directly at TymeBank kiosks inside partner retail stores—primarily Pick n Pay and Boxer Superstores—across South Africa.

Key Overview & Responsibilities

Core Tasks	• Kiosk guidance (biometric/fingerprint scanning, ID verification). • App setup & navigation coaching. • Account opening in under 5 minutes. • Direct customer interaction and product promotion.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Tech Literacy: Comfort with smartphones, mobile apps, and tablet/kiosk hardware.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication and proactive sales drive.
Background Check: Clear criminal and credit record (mandatory for financial services roles).
