Main Responsibilities:

To promote continuous improvements in the IT & Operational Systems.

Encourage proactive dialogues with the Operations Department

Continuously monitor the operational systems and equipment daily to ensure that they are stable and working correctly.

Provide IT support for operational systems data and performance analysis.

Ensure System changes are communicated to the responsible parties.

Provide user training and assistance on operational systems, user PCs/Laptops, printers and scanners, etc.

Required to perform any task as and when required by management.

Experience & Qualification

Diploma in Software Development / BSC in Computer Science / relevant Microsoft Qualification

Experience in troubleshooting PC / Software-related issues.

Requirements:

Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.

Recently certified ID and qualifications.

Must be able to commit to 12 months.

Job Type & Contract Length:

Successful graduates will be expected to enter a 12-month contract. There must be no expectation for the contract to be renewed after 12 months.
