Coca-Cola Human Resources (HR) Learnership 2025

The Human Resources Learnership is specifically aimed at unemployed South African citizens who have a disability and meet the required qualifications. Through this program, successful candidates will be able to enroll for a National Certificate in Business Administration Services (NQF Level 3), accredited by the Food and Beverages Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).

The selected learners will sign a fixed-term contract for 12 months with Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa. During this period, they will be involved in a structured training program that integrates formal classroom learning with hands-on experience in a real-world HR environment. The program also includes mentorship and coaching to support their professional growth

Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes

Participants in this HR learnership will gain crucial administrative and business skills that will help them prepare for future employment. The responsibilities include:

  • Successfully completing the Business Administration Learnership Programme within the stipulated 12 months.
  • Gaining theoretical training in business administration through structured classes.
  • Acquiring practical work experience by working within the HR department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa.
  • Providing administrative support during peak business periods and when teams are on leave.
  • Learning to operate in a fast-paced, flexible work environment, including working on weekends or public holidays if required.
  • Developing essential workplace skills such as communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Educational Qualifications

  • Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Must have achieved a minimum pass rate of 40% in English and Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy.
  • Must be proficient in English and at least one other South African language.

Additional Requirements

  • Applicants must not have previously completed an NQF Level 3 Business Administration qualification or learnership.
  • Candidates must be willing to attend classes during weekdays and, if required, on Saturdays.
  • Must be willing to work at the regional location assigned.
  • A stipend will be offered in line with SETA requirements.
