Positions: Grillers, Dishwashers, Waiters & Waitresses
Educational Requirement: Grade 10 minimum
Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 10 or equivalent.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Prior experience in a restaurant environment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Griller:
Prepare and grill Nando’s signature peri-peri chicken to perfection.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure all grill orders are served in a timely manner.
Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Dishwasher:
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes and kitchen tools.
Ensure dishes are cleaned promptly for use.
Assist in keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized.
Waiter/Waitress:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating customers.
Take orders and deliver food and beverages to tables.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
