About the Internship Programme
- As a Graduate – P1 & P2 Trainee Technician at Hitachi Energy’s PGGA business in Modderfontein, South Africa, you will be an entry professional applying theoretical job knowledge obtained through advanced education.
Duties and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical contribution: Assisting Test Engineers with product and system testing, preparing test records, completing test documentation, and adhering to safety standards.
- Risk and opportunity management: Supporting risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work.
- Processes and tools: Using standard processes and tools in daily tasks.
- Site works: Occasionally assisting commissioning engineers on-site.

Qualifications Your background should include:
- S4 in Electrical Engineering – Heavy Current.
