This programme is designed to provide graduates with hands-on workplace experience through a structured learning approach. As a participant, you will work across various tasks within your department, gaining exposure to procurement operations and other business functions.

The goal is to help young professionals build confidence, strengthen their technical capabilities, and prepare for future opportunities in the corporate world.

Exposure and Learning

  • As a Young Professional-in-Training, you will shadow experienced staff members, attend workshops, participate in meetings, and gain insight into multiple procurement processes.
  • This real-world exposure helps you understand how large organisations operate and how different departments work together.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Completing assigned tasks within your department
  • Communicating with customers to understand needs and levels of urgency
  • Providing regular updates on progress and service delivery
  • Acting as a central contact point for suppliers and end users
  • Handling queries professionally and ensuring timely feedback
  • Performing administrative and research tasks
  • Receiving work briefs from mentors or specialists
  • Executing project tasks effectively, both individually and in teams
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Producing quality work that contributes to broader project solutions

Qualifications Needed

  • Diploma or Degree in Auditing
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance
  • Diploma or Degree in Law
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • 0–1 year of experience in auditing, finance, internal controls, supply chain management, compliance, or legal environments
  • Exposure to PFMA or public-sector regulatory frameworks is an added advantage
