available, for a period NOT exceeding twelve( 12) months located in the following Regions (A, B, C, D, E, F and G)
The Department is inviting jobless individualities to apply to give colorful services within the health installations. The suitable campaigners will be needed to help with data capturing, general work and line marshal.

1) Department Health
Branch Integrated Policy, Planning and Research Unit
Designation EPWP – Data Capturer/ Queue Marshal/General Worker
Salary R3 500 pm( yearly paycheck)

Appointment Condition

  • Grade 10 or advanced
  • Youth between the periods of 18 and aged (Youth preferred)
  • People with disabilities
  • Knowledge of the City’s process, stylish practices and programs and procedures on Health and Social issues
  • Numeric and good jotting and verbal communication
  • Different uses of electronic bias similar as transferring emails, using the internet.
    Primary Function

General Worker

  • To clean the waiting areas, consuting apartments, services, kitchens, laundries etc.
  • To insure that al shells used for clinical procedures are gutted dusted
    appropriatey previous to setting up of clnic procedure areas
  • To sort and change soiled linen in all consulting apartments
  • Empty sties and insure that immediate surroundings of the clinic are kept free of
    waste Data Capturer
  • Data capturing/completion of customer’s records and updating of guests information
  • collecting yearly statistics of clents who penetrated the clinic
  • Form of completed customer’s cards in nascence – numeric or chronologica sequence and retrieva of lines on request from departmental labor force
  • Make necessary movables for services usng the appointment system in varous
    conventions
  • Co-ordinate ordering of stationary, clinic records and necessary published material to insure acceptable inventories within the clinic
  • Recording conversations and codifying twinkles of departmental meetings and encouraging to specific personne Queue Marshal
  • Drink cases and callers
  • help in giving information and directing clinic guests in colorful aqueducts and insure smooth case inflow
  • Screen cases in the waiting areas
  • Managing, controllng ranges, direct guests to applicable areas of the installation
  • Oversee helpdesk and attend to patient enquiries
