About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the store’s success by providing top-notch customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the store is always ready for our valued customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, results-driven, and passionate about retail and sportswear.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm while creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Sales Excellence: Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and consistently exceed their expectations. Your goal will be to meet and surpass sales targets by driving new sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in sports, fashion, and décor to confidently guide customers in their purchasing decisions.

Stock Management: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining the store’s visual appeal to ensure customers always find what they need.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is required.
