About The Hyundai Stock Controller Internship
- The Stock Controller Intern will assist with monitoring and managing new and used vehicle inventory.
- This includes supporting stock counts, maintaining records, issuing vehicle permits and assisting with invoicing processes.
- The programme aims to develop practical skills in stock control, financial administration and automotive dealership systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of new and used vehicle stock on the dealership management system
- Assist with regular vehicle stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Monitor vehicle movements including vehicles received, sold or transferred
- Report stock discrepancies to the dealership accountant
- Record vehicle stock movements from manufacturers or between dealerships
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all vehicles in stock
- Support technicians, service advisors and workshop staff with internal requests
- Assist the finance department with administrative tasks related to vehicle inventory
- Follow dealership governance, compliance and stock control procedures

Minimum Requirements
During the internship, participants will gain valuable workplace experience while building knowledge of dealership operations and financial administration processes.
- Matric or Grade 12
- Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics
- 0 to 1 year of experience in administration, finance support or stock control (advantageous)
