About the role:

The Capitec Learning and Development department is looking for an experienced Learning Consultant. You will have the opportunity to design and deliver/facilitate world class learning and development Programmes & solutions using multiple channels and tools within our banking environment.

As a Learning Consultant at Capitec Bank, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performance Analysis
  • Design Learning Academies
  • Facilitation
  • Design evaluation tools to measure impact of learning solutions
  • Stakeholder management – business and HR

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • 3 years proven experience in Learning Design and Facilitation
  • Proven experience of planning designing and delivering learning interventions.
  • Proven experience in the building and maintaining of client relationships. Working on cross – functional projects Proficient in Articulate storyline 3/360
